Spay/Neuter for Dogs
Spay/neuter services for dogs are performed at our stationary clinic in Middletown. For information about our mobile clinic for cats, click here.
Our stationary clinic in Middletown spays and neuters dogs every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, as well as some Fridays. Our spay/neuter service for dogs includes a rabies vaccine, cone collar, 3 nights of pain medication, and a mandatory tattoo. Appointments are required.
The cost for this service varies based on the dog’s sex and weight. The details are listed below.

Prepaying Online
While many people choose to pay the morning of their appointment, we also offer the option to prepay with a credit or debit card through PayPal. There is a minimal processing fee.
You must first call to schedule an appointment with us, then you can fill out the payment form below with your appointment information.
Any additional services (distemper vaccine, flea treatment, etc.) must be purchased the morning of your appointment. Online payments are not accepted at special events. If you have any questions about payment methods, please do not hesitate to contact us. Prepayments must be used within 60 days.

Includes exam, anesthesia, pain medication, antibiotics, cone collar, and rabies vaccine and tag.
Requesting Medical Records
We always provide documentation at time of service here at T.A.R.A. These documents include spay/neuter certificates, rabies certificates, vaccine records, and test results. However, to keep our costs low as a non-profit organization, we don’t provide free replacements. You can request copies of such documents using the field below.
